Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) in India
The Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) is a comprehensive undergraduate program that
integrates traditional naturopathy and yogic practices with modern medical knowledge. Spanning five
and a half years, including a one-year mandatory internship, this course equips students to promote
holistic health and wellness through natural healing methods.
Course Duration:
- Total Duration: 5.5 years
- Academic Sessions: 4.5 years
- Compulsory Internship: 1 year.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects.
- Minimum Marks: Typically, a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Class 12.
- Entrance Examination: Admission is primarily through entrance exams such as NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). Some institutions may also conduct their own entrance exams.
